Brains & Balance Past 60
Our "Brains and Balance Past 60" program is designed for the unique needs of active older adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable. This innovative program is a clever combination of specific activities designed to improve your memory, reasoning, conceptualization, language and problem solving skills along with age appropriate exercise to improve stability. Discover how much fun "Brains & Balance" training can be while you exercise your mind and body with our specially designed curriculum.
Come enjoy the benefits of Chair Yoga. Experience relaxation, improve your flexibility, reduce or even eliminate insomnia, arthritis and constipation.
When: Mondays & Thursdays 10:00a.m.-11:00a.m.
Where: Woman's Club building located next to Hagen Park at 600 NE 21st Court

Senior Transportation Program
The Wilton Manors Leisure Services Department offers transportation to and from doctor appointments as well as the grocery store on a weekly basis. Our Courier, Brian “Buzzy” Renaud, transports residents to their doctor’s appointments and pharmacy visits, within a five mile radius around Wilton Manors. We also offer transportation of residents to the Publix Supermarket at 5-Points. This program is offered to all residents 60 and over that has no other means of transportation. The cost for transportation is $2 each trip. Any resident interested in the transportation program can contact the Wilton Manors Leisure Services Department.
