2020 Summer Camp

Summer Camp Registration Form & Waiver

Program Dates & Times

Monday July 6th - Friday August 14th 

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Registration will be “First Come, First Serve” until the program is full. Space is extremely limited!

Parents can register two ways

  1. Dropping off a complete registration packet (including proof of age/grade) at: Hagen Park, 2020 Wilton Drive
  2. Email complete registration packet (including proof of age/grade) to: leisureservices@wiltonmanors.com 

Incomplete applications will NOT be accepted

Please DO NOT include payment or original documents

Parents will be notified via email that they have secured a spot in camp and given instructions on how to pay online.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

  1. Completed registration form
  2. Copy of birth certificate or report card 
    • Child must be 6 years old on or before September 1, 2020. Birth certificates are required for 6-year-olds. Failure to submit a birth certificate (children entering first grade for the 2020-21 school year) or report card (children entering grades 1-5 for 2020-21 school year) is an incomplete application and will not be accepted.
