The City of Wilton Manors (hereinafter referred to as “City”) is seeking to solicit proposals from qualified proposers for grant writing and consulting services. It is the intention of the City to apply for grants which address city needs associated with service delivery and necessary capital infrastructure improvements, including but not limited to: environmental initiatives; technology; recreation; community and economic development; capital assets; cultural programs; and public safety.
TIME AND DATE DUE: Seven (7) paper copies of the proposal in the prescribed form along with a single CD containing the response in Adobe PDF format must be received no later than 2:00PM, February 21, 2013, to the following address:

Questions and comments must be received no later than the close of business, February 11, 2013. Proposers, their agents, and associates shall have no contact with City employees, City Commissioners, City officials, or agents of the City until the award of RFP #2013-1-17-01 has been presented. The only exception is during the period when questions regarding the RFP are allowed for as defined by the Calendar of Events in the RFP. During this period questions should be submitted to the Assistant City Manager. Failure to comply with this provision may result in disqualification of the Proposer, at the option of the City. Only that individual listed above, as the contact person, shall be contacted.
