Holds: 100 people in the indoor space, use of outdoor space allows for higher attendance

Features: The Island City Park Preserve offers a main room that has a full kitchen with an ice maker, counter space, microwave and commercial warmer. The space includes tables and chairs (ten round and/or ten rectangular tables) and a sound system.



Outdoor space

Rental hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ; Saturday & Sunday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Holds: 25 people per pavilion

Features: One 31' x 20' pavilion with picnic tables and grill and two pavilions with picnic tables available for rent. Outdoor space includes playground and basketball court.

To receive resident rates, proof of residency is required. A $200 deposit is due at the time of reservation for facility rentals. A $50 Deposit is due at the time of reservation for pavilion rentals.
