Special Event Application

An event in Wilton Manors will require a Special Event Application if it meets two (2) of the criteria listed below:

  1. Event is open and/or advertised to the general public.
  2. Event includes the sale of food, beverages, merchandise, services and/or has a requirement for the general public to pay an admission fee for entry.
  3. Event requires two (2) or more of the following:  Parking and/or traffic control, police special detail, emergency medical services, portable toilets, and/ or garbage and trash collection and disposal.
  4. Event requires that amenities are closed to the general public (i.e., main roads, sidewalks, trails, shelters, etc.) from their normal use for a specified period of time in order to hold the event.
